Throughout the course we explore each of the seven spiritual laws through lecture, guided meditation, and real-world application. Each law is mapped to a specific day of the week—from Sunday through Saturday—creating a sustainable rhythm for integrating these principles into daily life. Rather than abstract philosophy, the teachings are presented as lived practices that support nervous system regulation, conscious choice-making, resilience, and aligned action. This course is designed to help you understand how yoga works—not only on the mat, but within the mind, body, and subtle systems—and why these laws remain deeply relevant in modern life. Participants will leave with clear tools for applying each law in work, relationships, health, and personal growth, supported by both scientific insight and timeless spiritual intelligence. This one-day immersion is the first course in our 2026 Yoga Teacher Training prerequisite series.
