Our Cancellation Policy

At Serenity Spa | Soul Yoga, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for advance notice should your plans change so that we may offer your reserved time to another guest.

Cancellation Notice Requirements

• 24 hours' notice is required for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• 72 hours' notice is required for:

• Mother's Day Weekend

• Valentine's Day Weekend

• Parties of three (3) or more guests

• Other designated holiday periods, when applicable

Appointments that are cancelled outside of the required notice period, or guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment ("no-show"), will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). This fee is non-refundable, as your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you and our service providers are compensated for their reserved time.
