1. For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
2. To ensure that the right treatment is given, be prepared to answer some general questions regarding your personal skin care concerns and medical conditions.
3. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest's scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
4. At the time of booking, a credit card number is required to secure your reservation; payment will not be processed until you check out. All prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Cancellations without 24-hour notice and no show appointments are charged at full value.
6. Returns or exchanges on retail items are accepted when accompanied by a receipt. Purchases made with cash or check will be reimbursed within 10 days via a company check. Gift certificates can be used toward any service, product, or spa package offered in the spa; they are not redeemable for cash.
7. Gratuities are never expected, but greatly appreciated. Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the spa guest.
8. To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services. Children under the age of 10 receiving services are to be accompanied by an adult.
